Joseph P. Byrne

My name is Joseph P. Byrne and I am running for the Township Committee in Winfield Township. I am a lifelong resident of Winfield with ties going back to my great grandparents and the Township’s founding. My passion for math, science, and infrastructure led me to pursue a career in Civil Engineering, and I obtained a degree in the same from Albert Dorman Honors College at NJIT. I currently work as an in-house design engineer with Edgewood Properties, and am currently pursuing my Profession Engineering License. I often volunteer with the Town’s Beautification Committee, and believe that civic engagement and volunteerism, especially among the younger generations, is vital to the continuing health of our NJ communities.
