SPRINGFIELD, NJ – Incumbent Richard Huber, the current mayor, and his Democrat running mate Harris Laufer appear to have won victories in the election for two open seats on the Springfield Township Committee on Tuesday evening.
As of 9:33 p.m. Tuesday, with all districts reporting, Huber, the most tenured member of Springfield’s governing body, had received 4,305 votes and Laufer had received 4,247 votes.
